Project Execution
Signing a contract with a manufacturer on the other side of the world is the start of a journey, not a leap of faith. This page shows that journey: the ten phases of a World Steel project, the gate that releases each one, what we need from you at every step, and how you can follow it in real time.
Company figures and certificates as published by World Steel Group.

Integrated delivery
Many imported steel buildings pass through several hands: a designer in one place, a fabricator in another, a painter, a packer and a forwarder. Every hand-over is a chance for delay and for things to be lost.
At World Steel, engineering, procurement, fabrication, blasting and painting, inspection, packing and container loading all happen inside one company and one factory, coordinated by your project manager. You deal with one contract and one accountable team until your steel reaches the port.

Inspections follow the Inspection and Test Plan agreed with you, with hold and witness points you or your inspector can attend in person or by live video. Only released members are packed, and you review the packing lists before shipment.
