Digital Handover: The Complete Record of Your Building
At the end of the project you should receive more than a folder of files. BOM Studio generates the handover package from the project data itself, so the register, inspections, NCRs, drawings, logistics and photographs all agree with each other. Each package is locked with a verification manifest and numbered by revision.

Every handover package carries a SHA-256 manifest: a fingerprint of each file that shows it has not been changed since it was issued. Changes after issue create a new revision rather than replacing the old one, so you always know which version you received.
Data integrity checks, an audit log, backups and model revisions that keep component IDs and installation data protect the record during the project.

Packages can be issued for part of the work, for a zone or for the whole building, so you do not have to wait until the end for records of finished areas.
What if something changes after handover?
A new revision is issued (R2, R3 and so on) and the earlier revision is kept.
In which format is the package?
PDF reports and Excel exports, packaged with a SHA-256 manifest.
