Project Management
Buying a steel building from the other side of the world should not feel like a leap of faith. At World Steel, a dedicated project manager runs your project to a plan you approve, reports progress every week with photos and records, and keeps every drawing, inspection and shipping document on file for you. You always know what is happening, what comes next and who is responsible.
Company figures and certificates as published by World Steel Group.

Why it matters
The steel itself is rarely what goes wrong in an international project. What goes wrong is everything around it: drawings approved late, a change agreed by phone and never priced, a missing bolt box, a container loaded out of sequence, a shipment nobody was told about. Each of these costs time on site in Guyana, where cranes, crews and concrete are waiting.
That is why World Steel has a dedicated Project Management Department. Your project manager owns the schedule, the scope, the documents and the communication, and coordinates our technical, production, quality and export teams so you deal with one accountable person, not five departments.

Transparency
Transparency is not a slogan in our projects. It is a set of documents and habits you can check at any time.
A baseline schedule agreed at kick-off, with milestones you can follow in the client portal. Delays are reported early, with their cause and a recovery plan.
A written scope matrix: what World Steel supplies, what the client provides and what local partners do in Guyana. Nothing implied, nothing assumed.
No change without a written variation showing its cost and time impact, approved by you before work proceeds.
Inspection and Test Plan agreed before production, inspection reports during production, and every non-conformity recorded and closed.
A controlled drawing and document register: you always know which revision is current and what was approved.
A weekly progress report with tonnage completed, photos from the factory floor, upcoming milestones and open issues.
Risks such as long-lead materials, shipping schedules and Guyana's public holidays identified early and managed in the plan.
Container-by-container packing lists, loading photographs and shipping documents, sent before the vessel arrives.

Reporting
Every week, until the last container sails, your project manager sends a progress report by email and posts it to your client portal. It is written for owners and engineers, not for the factory: one page that tells you where the project stands and what needs your attention.
Because Vietnam is 11 hours ahead of Guyana, our working day ends as yours begins: questions you send in the afternoon are usually answered by the next morning.
