Packing & Shipping Documents: Every Package Accounted For
Export packing decides what your site receives. In BOM Studio, only members released by QC can be packed, every package is scanned into its container, every load plan is checked, and the released packing list is locked. You receive professional documents and a QR code on every package, so your team can check each container on arrival.

Scan into packages
Packers scan, check, confirm and save. The system flags a wrong package, a wrong container, an ineligible member or one already packed elsewhere. A scan is never a QC pass.

FAQ
Packing and documents: questions
Straight answers on scope, design codes, shipping and what happens in Guyana.
Ask an engineerHow do I check that everything was loaded?
Scan the QR code on each package or use the client packing list. The container packing report shows the packing list, the seal number and the photographs and video of the loading.
Can the packing list change after shipment?
Not silently. The released packing list is locked with a SHA-256 hash. Any later change needs an amendment with a reason and an approval, and it is recorded.
Are the load plans a lashing certificate?
No. Load plans support planning and are checked for clearances, payload and centre of gravity, but they are not a certificate of safe securing.
Which delivery terms do you ship under?
FOB, CFR or CIF to the port of Georgetown. Customs clearance, port handling and inland transport in Guyana are arranged by the client or licensed local partners.
